I chose John Goodman because of past reputation in the area. He definitely came through. Within a week everything was prepared. House was staged correctly with good advice. Professional brochures and didn’t try to lower asking price. House went up on a Wednesday advertising a Saturday open house. House showed the following day and first tour bought the house for 5% over asking from a qualified buyer with no strings attached. Never made it to the open house. Thanks John!

We have been working with JOHN since 2019. We had very specific needs and a list of 15 items that we’re nonnegotiable in order to find our dream home. This was not an easy task. John was patient, kind, and very persistent, knowing our needs and desires to find our Lake home. When we finally found the right house, there were several other bids and without John’s expert negotiation skills we would’ve never gotten this house. We also had him sell our home in Farmington, which was 2 1/2 times the size of everyone else’s house in the subdivision. Another very difficult situation, but JOHN handled it like a pro! John is very professional, to the point and quick in getting things done. I had two homes sold within a month with John when everybody is talking about the market being slow and with 7.5% interest rates. He's very patient with buyers who might have a lot of questions, good at de-escalating and getting to the bottom line. I would hire John again if I had a chance and also good advisor on real estate investments.
