We’re in the final month of the year, which brings us a new housing market update.
Trends are still very similar when compared to the rest of the year. The median sales price and the average sales price are mostly trending up. At the same time, the housing inventory and the months supply are trending down.
So, what does this mean for you?
If you’re a buyer, make sure you understand it’s still a very competitive market – meaning there’s limited supply and another home may not be out there. If you’re a seller, price your home competitively to attract more buyers and hopefully more offers as a result.
